Host and guest terms
VN-TERMS · Version 2026-09-17.1-draft · English
1. Provider and contact
Verinido is the trading service of Pablo Adrian Fernandez Terra, a Swedish sole trader, Södra Ligården 12, 425 30 Hisings Kärra, Sweden. Contact: support@verinido.com. Business and tax registration details are provided on verinido.com/operator. This document describes the proposed service terms; it is a review draft and does not replace an agreement already accepted.
2. Who contracts with whom
Verinido provides booking, verification, payment-status and administration tools after a host and guest find each other. The host supplies the accommodation and contracts directly with the guest; Verinido is not the landlord. The host must disclose whether they act as a trader or a private individual. The platform service is separate from the accommodation contract. The accepted booking records the property, parties, dates, total price, house rules and cancellation terms. Mandatory rights take precedence over inconsistent provisions.
3. Host responsibilities and calendar
The host must have authority to let the property, maintain required registrations and permits, provide accurate descriptions and safe, lawful accommodation, honour confirmed bookings and keep availability current. Verinido does not support automatic synchronisation with other booking calendars. We strongly recommend using Verinido as the sole calendar for private rentals; its booking link can be shared or placed on the host's website. If other channels are used, the host must block unavailable dates before accepting bookings and bears responsibility for double bookings.
4. Guest responsibilities
The person booking must be at least 18, authorised to book for the group and provide accurate contact and traveller information. Guests must meet lawful identification requirements, pay the disclosed total, respect the agreed occupancy and house rules and report material problems promptly. An adult provides required information for children where appropriate. No term makes a guest automatically liable for unproven damage or prevents them from exercising statutory rights. Keep account access secure and notify support of suspected misuse.
5. Prices and payment
The host sets the accommodation and cleaning prices. The intended standard guest service fee is €30 plus 10% of accommodation and cleaning; the exact total, taxes and fee must be displayed before payment. The host pays €0 in Verinido booking commission and receives the accommodation and cleaning amounts, subject to valid refunds, reversals and separately disclosed charges. Payment is collected through Stripe at booking. Host release is scheduled no earlier than three days after check-in; bank processing, compliance checks or disputes may delay receipt. This is not a guarantee of arrival on that day or an escrow service.
6. Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation policy presented and saved at booking governs the contractual refund calculation. Read it before confirming; it is available at verinido.com/cancellation. A host cancellation can incur the disclosed host cancellation charge, including where a double booking caused it. No unspecified penalty is authorised by this document. A guest's mandatory remedies when accommodation is not supplied are not conditional on the host first paying a fee. Specific-date accommodation generally has no statutory 14-day withdrawal period under EU distance-contract rules; this does not automatically determine withdrawal rights for a separate platform service. Any applicable right and lawful early-performance request must be explained before purchase.
7. Verification, reviews and communications
Identity, property checks and system payment status provide evidence for informed booking decisions within the scope shown. Verified completed stays, ratings and reviews build a history for that host at that property; a new host starts a separate history. A check is not a guarantee of future conduct, uninterrupted availability or the resolution of every dispute. Reviews must reflect a genuine stay and must not contain unlawful content, threats or private identifiers. Users retain their content rights and grant only the permission needed to display and operate the service. Report unlawful content or errors to support; moderation decisions should include reasons and a route to challenge them.
8. Problems, suspension and liability
Contact support promptly with the booking reference and relevant evidence; immediate danger should be reported to emergency services. Verinido may proportionately restrict access for fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment or material breach, explaining the reason and allowing review where lawful. Closure does not erase existing payment or refund obligations. Each party remains responsible for its own obligations and proven breach. Verinido does not assume the host's accommodation obligations merely by providing tools, but remains responsible for its own service under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. No blanket waiver of claims or unlimited user indemnity applies.
9. Version, language and disputes
The English text is the drafting master; equivalent translations share this version and clause identifiers. Language precedence cannot remove mandatory rights or protection against unclear terms. Material future changes must be notified and, where required, accepted before applying; existing bookings retain their accepted terms unless a lawful, expressly agreed change applies. Swedish law is proposed for the platform contract, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence or lawful access to their courts. Complaints may be directed to support and, where competent, Sweden's ARN or another applicable consumer dispute body. The accommodation contract may be governed by different mandatory rules.
Privacy & cookies
VN-PRIVACY · Version 2026-09-17.1-draft · English
1. Controller and scope
Pablo Adrian Fernandez Terra, Södra Ligården 12, 425 30 Hisings Kärra, Sweden, is the proposed controller for Verinido's platform processing. Contact support@verinido.com for privacy matters. A host may separately be controller for accommodation and statutory guest-register processing. A host authorisation does not by itself settle these roles: any processing on a host's instructions requires the appropriate written arrangement. This draft must be reconciled with the actual providers and reporting configuration before activation.
2. Information and sources
Depending on the role and enabled service, data includes account and contact information, booking and property details, traveller identity and contact fields, dates of birth and legally required child/guardian details, signatures and authorisations, messages and support requests, payment references and status, verification outcomes, tax-reporting fields, partner applications, attribution, reviews, security logs and consent records. Sources include the person concerned, the booking adult, hosts, payment/verification providers and relevant official sources. Information about other travellers must be accurate and this notice made available to them. Do not send identity-document scans or bank details through ordinary support messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Contract necessity supports account, booking and payment administration for the relevant contracting person. Applicable legal duties support required accounting, tax and authorised traveller reporting; the specific duty and controller role must be identified for each report. Legitimate interests may support proportionate fraud prevention, security, dispute evidence and administration, subject to balancing and objection rights; contract necessity is not assumed for every accompanying traveller. Optional marketing and non-essential tracking require valid consent where applicable, which can be withdrawn. Required fields and the effect of not providing them must be explained at collection. Data is not authorised for unrelated uses merely by accepting terms.
4. Recipients and AI
Access is limited to what recipients need: the relevant host and guest, authorised personnel, contracted hosting/email/support providers, Stripe for payments and verification, and competent authorities when required and lawfully authorised. Provider roles may include independent controllership. AI features may process selected text for assistance or partner assessment; direct identifiers should be removed before partner scoring. Applicants must receive meaningful information about ranking criteria, consequences and review options before assessment. This draft does not authorise solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. A lawful decision process and effective human review must be verified before launch.
5. International processing and safeguards
If a provider processes personal data outside the EEA, the applicable transfer mechanism must be documented, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards with necessary supplementary measures. Obtain details or a copy of relevant safeguards through support. Access controls, encryption, audit logs and data minimisation should protect information, but no system can promise absolute security. Personal certificate keys and payment-card secrets must not be uploaded to ordinary booking or support fields. The final provider and transfer register must be checked against the deployed service.
6. Retention and deletion
Keep each category only as long as necessary for its stated purpose: active account and booking administration, applicable accounting/tax or traveller-register retention, resolution of claims, and proportionate security evidence. Rejected partner applications should be deleted or anonymised after six months unless a specific lawful exception applies; a wait-list should expire after six months. Closing an account does not require deletion of records that must lawfully be retained. Payment and identity providers may have independent retention obligations. Before activation, the category-level retention schedule and deletion jobs must be confirmed; this draft does not assert that every deletion routine is already active.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and direct marketing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may challenge qualifying automated decisions and request human intervention where applicable. Contact support; proportionate identity checks may be needed. Responses are normally due within one month, with a lawful extension explained if needed. You can complain to Sweden's IMY or your competent data-protection authority. Necessary processing may continue under another valid legal basis, which must be explained.
8. Cookies and changes
Essential session and security storage may support sign-in and protection. Non-essential analytics or advertising storage must not be activated before the required choice; refusing must be as accessible as accepting and withdrawal must be available. A current inventory must specify provider, purpose and lifetime before such tools are enabled. This privacy notice is information, not a blanket consent request. Material changes require appropriate notice. The version and date identify this text; historic versions must remain accessible.
Partner agreement
VN-PARTNER · Version 2026-09-17.1-draft · English
1. Relationship and eligibility
The partner relationship is with Pablo Adrian Fernandez Terra operating Verinido; contact support@verinido.com, Södra Ligården 12, 425 30 Hisings Kärra, Sweden. A partner is an independent promoter, not an employee or authorised representative solely by this agreement, subject always to the actual relationship and mandatory law. Applying, receiving an offer or accepting interest does not itself activate a partnership. Activation requires the approved onboarding, agreement and payout/verification requirements. Community partners must demonstrate authority for their communities; external language places are separate.
2. Permitted promotion
Explain the service accurately, identify commercial incentives and follow community rules and applicable advertising law. Obtain permission where required, respect refusals and use an appropriate language. Spam, scraping, mass unsolicited contact, deceptive claims, guaranteed-income promises, self-referrals and misrepresentation are prohibited. A partner cannot bind Verinido, amend booking terms, collect guest payments or make commitments on Verinido's behalf. No exclusivity over a host or community arises except through an expressly confirmed allocation.
3. Attribution and review
Attribution requires a valid partner link and the host's active confirmation; the first valid confirmation governs under the recorded attribution rules. Existing valid host attributions are not overwritten by later community changes. No reward is split between two partners for the same qualifying booking. Challenges should be reported with evidence within 14 days of discovery, without removing rights that cannot lawfully be time-limited. A previously registered host or self-referral does not acquire a new reward merely by following a link. Allocation of communities does not itself prove attribution of every host there.
4. Commission and payment
The proposed standard reward is the greater of €10 or 20% of Verinido's service fee excluding VAT per qualifying completed stay. The applicable accepted commercial schedule must confirm the amount, attribution and eligibility. Payment requires a valid attribution, a paid completed booking, the applicable refund/dispute conditions and an eligible payout account. Monthly settlement is intended for the 15th, subject to processing and lawful holds. Valid refunds, fraud or chargebacks may reverse the corresponding reward, with an explanation and an opportunity to challenge errors. Partners handle their own tax obligations; no minimum earnings or volume is guaranteed.
5. Data and confidential information
Use only information needed for authorised promotion and administration. Do not export, sell, scrape or reuse traveller data. Protect credentials and confidential business information and report suspected breaches promptly. Each party must comply with its actual data-protection role; this agreement alone is not a data-processing agreement or authority to report to SES for hosts. Verinido's privacy notice explains application, verification, attribution and payment processing. Confidentiality does not prevent lawful reporting to authorities or exercising statutory rights.
6. Pauses, termination and versions
Any activity, pause, community-allocation or place-loss rules must be supplied and accepted before they apply. A partner may request closure through support; Verinido may restrict or end participation proportionately for material breach, fraud or legal/security reasons, with reasons and review where lawful. Termination stops new eligible activity from its effective date; valid previously earned amounts remain subject to their original qualification and reversal rules. Material changes require notice and any legally necessary acceptance. This English-master draft and its matching translations do not replace previously accepted partner terms. Mandatory rights prevail; disputes and liability follow the platform terms insofar as applicable to this relationship.
