These are product terms for review. The final contracting entity, legal role and governing terms must be approved before launch.

VeriNido does not source the guest or publish a searchable listing feed.
The host must keep information, calendar, price, rental right and registrations accurate and complete confirmed guest reporting. The guest must provide accurate information, review price and cancellation, accept the agreement and follow applicable rules.
Identity, Property, Right to Rent and rental registration are separate checks. VeriNido promises only the explicitly described check; it does not guarantee conduct, property condition, general legality or a dispute-free stay.
The host pays nothing. Creating, managing and sharing the link is free for the host. The guest pays a booking fee of 6%, minimum €10. The minimum accommodation subtotal is €60. A link may be paused when evidence expires, a legal review is due, payment readiness fails or abuse is detected. Terms are versioned per booking.
