Before payment

A guest may withdraw a request or offer before payment without charge.

Guest cancellation after payment

The product hypothesis keeps the VeriNido booking fee—6% or the €10 minimum—when the guest cancels. The accommodation refund follows the versioned cancellation terms accepted for that booking.

Cleaning, host and system

Cleaning is returned when the stay has not started and cleaning was not incurred. A host or system cancellation is intended to refund the full guest total and release the dates.

Mandatory and special cases

Mandatory consumer and card rules override this policy. No-show, started or shortened stays, force majeure, chargebacks and partial refunds require approved final rules and are never silently decided by AI.
