Parties, roles and activation

The operator is Pablo Adrian Fernandez Terra operating Verinido, Södra Ligården 12, 425 30 Hisings Kärra, Sweden; support@verinido.com. The partner is the individual or business identified in the confirmed partner account and acceptance record. A person accepting for a business must have authority to bind that business and provide accurate legal identity and contact information. A partner may introduce new hosts, offer its own external services as an approved service business, or combine both. The partner acts independently. This agreement alone creates no employment, agency, joint venture, franchise or authority to represent Verinido; the actual relationship and mandatory law take precedence. A private introduction partner need not offer services. Service businesses are responsible for the registrations, qualifications and permissions applicable to their work. Application, an invitation, reading a guide or receiving a request does not activate a partnership. Participation requires approved onboarding, recorded acceptance of the applicable agreement and the relevant verification and payout requirements. Community authority and external language capacity are assessed separately.

Independent conduct and limits of authority

Explain Verinido accurately, disclose commercial incentives, comply with applicable advertising and channel rules, obtain permission where required and respect refusals. Do not use spam, scraping, fabricated accounts, self-referrals, deceptive claims, guaranteed-income promises or false endorsements. The partner must not bind Verinido, alter its terms, promise verification or reporting results, guarantee jobs or availability, collect accommodation or guest booking payments on Verinido’s behalf, or present its own charges as Verinido charges. No exclusivity, minimum lead volume or income is granted. A confirmed community allocation has only its recorded scope.

Introduction attribution and review

Attribution requires a valid partner registration link and the new host’s active confirmation. The first valid recorded confirmation governs. Attribution attaches to the host; it is not created or transferred by a service enquiry, property setup, later supplier selection or supplier change. A previously registered host or self-referral cannot be claimed retroactively. There is no split reward for the same booking. Report attribution objections with supporting evidence within 14 days of discovery; this request does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be time-limited. Valid existing attribution remains subject to the accepted programme and activity rules. Preservation of attribution is not an unconditional promise of lifetime earnings.

Verinido introduction remuneration

For a qualifying completed stay, remuneration is the greater of EUR 10 or 20% of the Verinido fee legally retained excluding VAT. Attribution and the accepted agreement must be valid and active, the booking paid, the stay completed and the applicable dispute/refund window passed. Clicks, registrations and service work alone earn no introduction reward. For a qualifying voluntary guest cancellation, only 20% of the fee legally retained excluding VAT applies, without the EUR 10 floor. Host/system cancellation, fraud, self-referral, mandatory refund or chargeback gives no reward on a fee not validly retained. Adjustments require a recorded reason and can be challenged; no arbitrary withholding or unspecified charge is permitted. Qualified amounts are grouped monthly for Stripe settlement on the 15 th following the applicable period, subject to an eligible payout account and lawful holds. This is not a guaranteed bank credit date. Amounts remain recorded while required payout information is outstanding. The partner handles its own tax and invoicing duties. External service income under section 8 is separate.

Personal data, confidentiality and security

Use only data lawfully obtained and necessary for an authorised purpose. Do not scrape, sell, export indiscriminately, use for unrelated marketing or disclose account, guest, property or confidential business information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission. Restrict access to authorised personnel, use suitable security measures and promptly report suspected compromise to support@verinido.com so that legal notification duties can be assessed. Each party’s data-protection role follows the actual processing, not a contractual label. Verinido remains responsible for its own processing. When a partner processes host-controlled data on the host’s instructions, the partner and host must establish the appropriate separate data-processing terms where required. This agreement is neither such an agreement nor blanket consent or authority to submit reports to SES.HOSPEDAJES or another authority. The request flow shares the host contact details that the host authorises; it does not grant access to guest records or the exact property address. Additional data for a service must be obtained lawfully and directly as needed. Stop access on expiry of authority and return/delete data as legally appropriate, preserving only lawfully required records. Confidentiality does not prevent reporting to authorities or exercising statutory rights. Verinido’s privacy notice describes programme application, verification, attribution and payment processing.

Restrictions, termination and contractual changes

Verinido may proportionately restrict a listing, requests or new programme activity for material breach, inaccurate or misleading offers, unauthorised access, fraud, unlawful conduct, security/data risks, required legal action or accepted activity-rule violations. Where appropriate, it will allow correction. The decision, relevant reasons and a route to challenge it are provided unless lawful restrictions prevent disclosure. Urgent protection may precede notice where legally permitted. Where applicable platform-to-business rules require it, reasons are provided on a durable medium before or when a restriction takes effect; termination of the whole intermediation service receives at least 30 days’ notice unless a statutory exception applies. Changes receive at least 15 days’ notice, or longer as required, on a durable medium, subject to lawful exceptions. These periods are subject to actual legal applicability, not a declaration that every partner is a business user. The partner may request closure through support. Suspension or closure does not make Verinido a party to an external host-service contract or cancel it automatically. The partner must cease unauthorised branding/access and manage its own lawful client handover. Deactivation closes introduction links and stops new accrual under the recorded rules; already earned/created amounts retain their qualification/reversal rules. Material changes require any necessary new express acceptance and do not retroactively alter recorded past entitlements. Reading or silent continued use is not a substitute where acceptance is required. Reactivation after losing a place requires a new application. Earlier valid attributions remain subject to the accepted activity and accrual rules.

Activity schedule and communities

This schedule applies only when presented and accepted for the activated programme. Verified own-community partners do not occupy external language places; external partners use assigned language capacity. Use “Start workday”, selecting communities or own network and the current date in your time zone. There is no sales quota or daily-results obligation. Without check-in: reminder at 14 days, final warning at 21, deactivation at 28. Accepted pauses preserve place/groups and stop the clock, up to 183 days in a rolling 12 months. Own-community check-in is separate: after 30 days a warning, after another 14 days the previous external partner may also work there. A verified administrator takes new-contact responsibility in its own community; valid earlier host attribution remains. Support/dashboard handles allocation, review and objections. These are capacity rules, not required working hours; mandatory notice rights in section 6 prevail.

Partner’s own services and charges

The partner may agree directly with a host to provide services, including paid property setup and ongoing administration. Partner and host independently decide scope, tasks, frequency and price outside Verinido. The partner receives the full agreed client payment without Verinido service commission or enquiry fee; it remains responsible for its own costs and taxes. This can add service income but creates no minimum earnings promise. Before work starts, the partner must identify itself as the independent supplier and agree a separate documented host-service contract covering the work, price including applicable tax information, payment, authority, approval of changes, duration, ending, complaints and any required data-processing arrangements. The contract must identify the actual supplier and not describe Verinido as service provider, employer, guarantor or collector of that fee. No host is required to purchase partner assistance to use Verinido. The partner is responsible for its quotations, invoices, collections, performance, personnel/subcontractors, legal/professional obligations, insurance where required or appropriate, rectification, refunds and claims arising from its services. It must exercise reasonable skill and care and maintain evidence of host instructions and approvals. Verinido facilitates visibility/contact within its actual product scope; it does not perform, book, guarantee or settle the external work and is not party to that service contract. This allocation does not exclude Verinido’s responsibility for its own acts or mandatory obligations. Hosts and partners can rate each other after a service they participated in, confirming that the work was performed. Ratings help participants choose and improve service; a low rating does not automatically create a warning. The parties handle their own service complaints. Verinido supplies the platform and rating tools without mediating or settling their service contracts.

Property setup, administration and owner approval

An introduction never grants administration rights. Each host grants a separate recorded, revocable mandate to an identified partner, with viewing and optional property and network permissions and optional end date. The partner uses its own login; actions record the actual actor and host context. The host can revoke the mandate and remains responsible for the home and personal Identity/payment-account confirmations. A network mandate permits incident-list review, conversation notes and keeping or revoking recommendations within that host’s scope; it does not authorise issuing or voiding Verinido-reviewed warnings. No credential sharing, unrestricted export, SES authority or unrelated guest-data use follows from the mandate. The partner must follow documented host instructions, confidentiality and security duties, report breaches promptly and arrange any processing agreement required by its actual role. Verinido’s host-processing clause and privacy notice retain their separate roles; this permission is not itself a complete Article 28 processing agreement. Obtain and record instructions for each property and each agreed administrative task. Use accurate, authorised photographs, descriptions, prices, calendars, contact and registration details. Obtain approval for material changes, publication and charges as agreed with the host. Do not impersonate the host, retain login codes, complete identity checks as another person, misstate ownership or rental authority, divert payouts, or upload unauthorised personal data. An introduction and an external service contract do not themselves grant platform permissions or authority to represent the host before an authority. Each owner, task and property remain within the recorded mandate; required personal identity/payment confirmations and official reporting authority retain their own supported flow. Network permission also enables personal guest invitations in the named host’s context. The host and actual recommending partner are recorded. Removing a misbehaving guest has the disclosed club-wide effect. A partner may act as the host account for homes it is authorised to let for several landlords. Each landlord may have several homes and needs no separate account. The partner completes its own host identity verification when adding homes; a direct host completes their own. A partner only making introductions has no additional host identity requirement. The partner/company is shown as the lessor when it lets the home; the underlying landlord and human contact remain identified separately. A landlord QR shows that landlord’s published eligible homes; the partner QR shows its eligible portfolio. Invitations can be linked to the relevant landlord. This managed-host model is separate from delegation over a landlord’s own account; existing delegation and statutory duties remain applicable.

Visibility and selection

Base visibility points are the number of distinct qualified introduced hosts divided by five and rounded down: 0 hosts gives 0, five gives 1, twenty gives 4. Zero hosts does not prevent visibility. A qualified host is active, eligible to let, has confirmed the introduction and has a published home; each counts once, excluding self-referrals and unconfirmed accounts. Confirmed serious recommendation incidents deduct 1, then 2, then 3 points and so on within six calendar months; the net score can be negative and reduces placement. Removing the responsible guest restores that guest’s current deductions. Location, service coverage, unmet needs and existing suppliers remain respected; up to three featured businesses rotate among equally ranked matches. There is no paid or guaranteed placement, volume or earning. Ordinary hosts’ and partners’ own-misconduct restrictions remain separate.

Content, brand and ownership

The partner retains rights to its lawful content and permits Verinido to display/use it only as reasonably necessary to provide and communicate the agreed programme and service offer. The partner warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions and must correct/remove infringing or misleading content on substantiated notice. Use Verinido’s name and approved materials only to describe the actual independent collaboration. Do not imply endorsement of professional advice, authorisation to act for Verinido or guaranteed service quality. No trademark ownership, exclusive territory, customer ownership or right to register confusing names/domains is transferred. Stop unauthorised use on termination, subject to lawful recordkeeping and accurate historical references.

Allocation and limitation of Verinido liability

Verinido is responsible for its own contractual service and duties imposed by applicable law. It is not responsible solely because it displayed or introduced a partner for that partner’s external contract, negligence, failure to perform, prices, advice, personnel, unauthorised administration or host-approved choices. A service dispute is ordinarily between the partner and host, without barring a substantiated claim relating to Verinido’s own conduct. To the extent permitted by law, Verinido’s contractual liability to the partner for ordinary-negligence claims under this partner agreement is limited to proven, reasonably foreseeable direct loss. Lost profits, expected enquiries or commissions not earned, lost business and other indirect/consequential loss are excluded to that extent. These limitations do not limit agreed accrued remuneration/payment duties, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, death/personal injury, statutory data-protection liability, or any liability/right that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not bind hosts, guests, data subjects or authorities, or override mandatory employment/consumer protections. The partner must take reasonable steps to mitigate loss.

Partner-caused claims and documented loss

To the extent permitted by law, the partner must reimburse Verinido for substantiated direct loss and reasonable necessary defence costs resulting from third-party claims caused by the partner’s breach of this agreement, negligent/intentional service conduct, unlawful content, unauthorised representation, account misuse or data misuse. Recovery is limited to the partner’s causal share; it excludes loss caused by Verinido and sanctions or duties that cannot lawfully be shifted. Verinido must promptly give reasonable notice and available evidence, allow the partner to respond and participate in the defence, and reasonably mitigate loss. No settlement imposing obligations on the partner is binding on it without its consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. No double recovery, automatic penalty or blank indemnity is authorised. A disputed demand does not itself permit arbitrary deduction from earned remuneration; lawful set-off requires a due, undisputed or finally determined claim and applicable-law compliance.

Complaints, law, language and precedence

Contact support@verinido.com with the issue, relevant references and evidence. Verinido explains its decision and permits review subject to lawful limitations. Statutory authority complaints, court access and applicable mediation/complaint rights remain available and do not depend on completing this support process. Swedish law governs this partner agreement, subject to overriding mandatory rules and conflict-of-laws protections. For a partner acting as a business, Swedish courts have agreed jurisdiction only so far as a valid jurisdiction agreement permits; the competent Swedish court is determined under the applicable rules. No mandatory consumer, employee or other protected forum is excluded. The accepted agreement and recorded applicable programme schedule govern programme rights; a separate host-service contract governs external work. Guides, examples and informal descriptions do not amend either contract or guarantee earnings. This English drafting master and its approved translations describe the same version; a translation discrepancy cannot defeat mandatory protections or the meaning reasonably conveyed in the accepted language. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining agreement continues only as law permits, without rewriting the invalid provision to create a new obligation.

Private network, serious incidents and handover

Invite only people you know and can vouch for. Initial access is scoped to active sponsors; a verified completed stay rated at least 3 of 5 can qualify for wider club access. Only individually reviewed, confirmed serious events count: criminal acts, major property damage, substantial unpaid agreed charges, serious neighbour disturbance, threats or violence. Minor disputes, wear, low ratings and unverified allegations do not count. An administrator records the category, separate confirmation and reason; the same case counts once per partner. Decisions can be challenged through support and corrected. Keeping the guest retains their deductions; an authorised host or partner can remove the guest from the entire club, revoking all recommendations and restoring affected sponsors’ points. Removal also applies to independently qualified guests. Own incidents and existing contracts remain. Return requires at least six calendar months after removal and a fresh authorised invitation; time alone gives no access. Incident history remains: ten confirmed serious incidents within six calendar months end the partnership even if points have been restored. Verinido takes over administration of the underlying landlords, while existing lessor obligations, contracts and payment recipients remain unchanged. Each landlord is informed: yes or no reply keeps their homes; no pauses new rentals and starts handling remaining commitments. A stable previous partner number records the former relationship; no automatic reassignment is promised. These new rules require express recorded acceptance and do not rewrite earlier earned rights or accepted versions.
