1. Relationship and eligibility
The partner relationship is with Pablo Adrian Fernandez Terra operating Verinido; contact support@verinido.com, Södra Ligården 12, 425 30 Hisings Kärra, Sweden. A partner is an independent promoter, not an employee or authorised representative solely by this agreement, subject always to the actual relationship and mandatory law. Applying, receiving an offer or accepting interest does not itself activate a partnership. Activation requires the approved onboarding, agreement and payout/verification requirements. Community partners must demonstrate authority for their communities; external language places are separate.
2. Permitted promotion
Explain the service accurately, identify commercial incentives and follow community rules and applicable advertising law. Obtain permission where required, respect refusals and use an appropriate language. Spam, scraping, mass unsolicited contact, deceptive claims, guaranteed-income promises, self-referrals and misrepresentation are prohibited. A partner cannot bind Verinido, amend booking terms, collect guest payments or make commitments on Verinido's behalf. No exclusivity over a host or community arises except through an expressly confirmed allocation.
3. Attribution and review
Attribution requires a valid partner link and the host's active confirmation; the first valid confirmation governs under the recorded attribution rules. Existing valid host attributions are not overwritten by later community changes. No reward is split between two partners for the same qualifying booking. Challenges should be reported with evidence within 14 days of discovery, without removing rights that cannot lawfully be time-limited. A previously registered host or self-referral does not acquire a new reward merely by following a link. Allocation of communities does not itself prove attribution of every host there.
4. Commission and payment
The reward is the greater of €10 or 20% of Verinido's service fee excluding VAT per qualifying completed stay. The attribution and accepted partner agreement must be valid, the booking paid, the stay completed and the applicable dispute/refund window passed. Clicks and registrations alone earn nothing. Qualified amounts are grouped monthly for settlement through Stripe on the 15th following the applicable period, subject to a ready payout account and lawful holds; this is not a guaranteed bank credit date. Refund, fraud or chargeback adjustments are recorded with a reason and may be challenged. No arbitrary withholding or unspecified charge is authorised. Partners handle their own tax/invoicing duties; no minimum income is promised.
5. Data and confidential information
Use only information needed for authorised promotion and administration. Do not export, sell, scrape or reuse traveller data. Protect credentials and confidential business information and report suspected breaches promptly. Each party must comply with its actual data-protection role; this agreement alone is not a data-processing agreement or authority to report to SES for hosts. Verinido's privacy notice explains application, verification, attribution and payment processing. Confidentiality does not prevent lawful reporting to authorities or exercising statutory rights.
6. Pauses, termination and versions
A partner can request closure through support. Verinido may suspend new activity or end participation proportionately for material breach, fraud, legal/security reasons or the accepted activity rules, with reasons and review unless prohibited. Urgent protective action can precede notice. Existing valid host attribution is preserved; inactivity closes the link and stops new accrual after deactivation without erasing previously earned or created amounts, which retain their qualification/reversal rules. Reactivation after losing a place requires a new application. Material changes require advance notice and any necessary new acceptance; the current accepted version continues for recorded past entitlements. The platform clauses on complaints, mandatory rights, language and applicable law apply insofar as relevant, not the guest's accommodation cancellation rules. No label in these terms overrides the actual legal nature of the relationship.
7. Activity, pauses and communities
These rules apply only when this schedule is presented and accepted for the activated programme. Community partners manage verified own communities and do not use external language places; external partners use assigned language capacity. Check in using ‘Start workday’, selecting communities or own network, with the current date in your time zone; no sales quota or daily results report. Without check-in: reminder at 14 days, final warning at 21, deactivation at 28. Accepted pauses preserve the place/groups and stop the inactivity clock, up to 183 days in a rolling 12 months. Own-community check-ins are separate: after 30 days without one a warning is sent; after another 14 days the previous external partner may work there too. Hosts belong to the first partner they validly confirm; rewards are never split. A verified group administrator takes responsibility for new contacts in their own community; earlier external host attributions remain. Assignments, review and objections are handled in the dashboard/support. Pause and inactivity are capacity rules, not guaranteed employment or a requirement to work set hours.
